A taboo still exists in society
despite special laws passed by the jurisdiction. When it comes to LGBTQ
society, it’s never been easy for them to live their life freely. From facing discrimination
in society to cracking jokes on them, the community needs awareness. Also, it
demands an inclusive attitude to make them live independently without facing
any discrimination.
As the LGBTQ community is a part of
our society, so, it’s the responsibility of the citizens to make them get equal
respect and rights. Therefore, instead of bulling them, they should be treated
concerning strive change in society. Considering this, Faith Cheltenham worked
for them to make LGBTQ individuals feel welcomed and valued in society.
Cheltenham is known for pioneering
work for the LGBTQ community. From the last 20 years, Cheltenham worked on the
ground basis to uplift thousands of people of the LGBTQ community. The
principal focus in coordinating bisexual, pansexual, and fluid communities in
America encouraged a change in the community works.
As an activist, Cheltenham spoke at
San Diego Comic-Con, the National Gay & Lesbian Task Force, Creating Change
Conference, UCLA, and Yale University in the year 1999. Apart from it, in the
spare time worked as a web/social media producer. Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess
of York, Macmillan, and Scholastic were Cheltenham’s core clients.
Realizing the problems of the LGBTQ
community, Cheltenham worked with various NGOs to create opportunities for
them. Regardless of race, religion, orientation, or gender identity, the main
focus is to create job opportunities for them. It benefits the community in
gaining financial opportunities.
Most importantly, the one thing that
will work to strive a change is to educate society. Educating society with
rights can diminish the gap that still exists in society. Only this thing can
prove to foster support to the community. So, educating society with
fundamental rights can create collaboration and interaction to spur awareness
in influencing their lives.
So, it is Cheltenham’s efforts
that is motivating society with social works. More people are continuing to
join the NGOs to work to uplift the LGBTQ society. Apart from it, the efforts
have helped in creating awareness in the community. The outcomes have shown
surpassing improvements in driving change in society.

Cheltenham’s confidence and accomplishments that inspire thousands of
people to become vocal about beliefs. Additionally, the continuous efforts and
diligent work have helped the community to attain equality in society.
