Faith Cheltenham : Helping People to make a Stronger Belief in Humanity

In today’s busy lifestyle, not many people have the courage to work for other people and other communities. Only a few people have the determination and courage to shows the world their different perspectives towards humanity. Similarly, when it comes to supporting the bisexual people and LGBT community, Faith Cheltenham shows a different way of helping people.

The president of BiNet, Faith Cheltenham helps in coordinating the bisexual advocacy, networking efforts for the bisexual people, and pansexual communities in the United States of America. Since 1999, she has been involved in LGBT activism and has also spoken at various locations varied as Comic-Con, San Diego, UCLA, Yale University, and the National Gay & Lesbian task Force’s creating change conference.

For her extremely hard work and efforts in this field, she was also appointed to the University of California’s LGBT task force in the year 2012. Apart from this, she was also a web and social media producer to help and influence more and more people. Not only this, but she is also a writer, lecturer, poet, activist, and digital strategist. Faith started as an intern in human rights on the Gore 2000 campaign.

After she learned about different programs and rights, she co-founded UCLA’s BlaQue for SGL/LGBT students. This was specially founded for students of African descent. In the year 2006, she also appeared in the Emmy and won the reality series on race in the U.S, ‘Black. White.’ produced by Ice Cube. After she worked in corporate America as media strategists for Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, and co-creating and launching tor.com, she shifted her focus to bisexual advocacy.

After this, in the year 2013, Faith Cheltenham was the Co-organizer of the bisexual community issues which were roundtable at the White House. Later in the year 2014, she was honored to share the same stage as a participant with President Barak Obama. Obama signed the executive order which includes the protection of LGBT employees of federal contractors from their discrimination.

In between the year 2015 and 2016, Faith Cheltenham Co-organized four meetings with President Obama in the White House which also included the first live stream of bisexual community briefing. Her work for the LGBT community and bisexuals is creating a difference and also helping many people to change their perspective towards these communities and people. For more than 20 years, she was helping the LGBT and bisexuals in the United States of America. Because of this, she also won several prizes and also massive respect from the people not only in America but from other countries also.
